Before you write

• Lost your licence key? The licence portal will email you a link that lists your keys and lets you free up a Mac. It is faster than waiting for us.
• No sound after granting permission? Open Troubleshooting from the qliqr menu bar icon. The FAQ covers the usual causes.
• Clicks missing from a recording? See the guide to recording the click sound.

For bug reports, it helps to include

• Your macOS version and Mac model.
• The qliqr version (menu bar icon, then About).
• What you expected, and what happened instead.
