Terms of sale and use

1. The licence

When you buy qliqr you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on up to two Macs that you own or control. The licence does not expire. You may move it between Macs by deactivating one and activating another.

2. The trial and Lite mode

You may use every feature free of charge for 24 hours from first launch. After that the app continues in Lite mode with reduced features until a licence key is entered.

3. Fair use

• Do not share, resell or publish your licence key.
• Do not attempt to circumvent licensing or redistribute modified copies of the app.
• The bundled sounds may be used freely inside your own recordings, including commercial ones. They may not be extracted and redistributed as a sound pack.

4. Recording responsibly

You are responsible for what you record and share. Make sure you have the right to capture what is on your screen and anyone's voice.

5. Refunds

If you are not happy with qliqr, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunded licences are deactivated. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

6. Updates and support

Updates are included with your licence. We aim to answer support email within a few working days. We may stop supporting old versions of macOS when Apple does.

7. Warranty and liability

qliqr is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
